Basic Qualifications:


- Favorable rental history: No filed eviction less than 5 years old and no breaking of lease agreement.


- Steady sources of income: Applicants must have a stable income to qualify.


- Valid Bank Account: A functioning bank account is required for financial transactions.

Additional Requirements:
If the basic qualifications are not met, applicants may need to fulfill extra conditions, such as paying two months' advance rent or agreeing to a higher monthly rent.

Income/Employment History:
The most recent two years of income history will be evaluated, and only verifiable income will be taken into consideration. Unverifiable income will not be considered for the application process.
